I am Hokkien.

Its the only Chinese dialect i can speak.

Stop gasping. I know you all thought i was what you like to call a 'banana'.

Now im going to make your jaw drop, your eyeballs pop out of their sockets, and your brain shutdown.

I learnt to speak Hokkien as a kid even before i could speak English.

The boyfriend has taken an interest in this dialect and is now making an attempt to learn it.

His exact words were, 'I don't want you to conspire against me with your mum'.

So with every post i shall add in a Hokkien phrase or words for his benefit.

Literally speaking, as of tomorrow, shehasmanysides will have Ang Moh (today's hokkien term. go figure what it means baby).
